Mike & Terri Dawson have been happily married for more than 35 years.  In 1979 they packed up the van and moved from Ohio to Cape Coral, Florida with their then three-year-old son, Christopher.  Mike worked for more than thirty years in the automotive industry before retiring and joining Terri in the family business.  Terri held many diverse positions in Florida ranging from work in the medical, banking and fitness industries before joining Florida Investors.  Mentored by the company owner Terri took over the business and now Mike and Terri own the business.  Mike acts as the project manager for the company's projects and takes the lead position with day to day operations related to property management.  Terri, a Florida licensed real estate broker, handle all financial and accounting for the companies' multitude of business ventures including construction, management and investments.
